Welcome to Hydrova. These terms of service govern your use of hydrova.us and any purchase you make here. The site is operated by Whitt's Sales & Marketing LLC ("Hydrova," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Age. You must be 18 or older to use this site or buy our products.
Health disclaimer. Hydrova tablets are a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Talk with your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Individual results vary.
Orders and pricing. We work to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we find a pricing or typographical error, we may correct it, and we may cancel and fully refund any order placed at an incorrect price. All prices are in US dollars and may change. We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or unauthorized resale.
Refunds and shipping. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms. In short: a 90-day money-back guarantee that starts the day your order arrives, and US-only shipping.
Our content. Everything on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, and design, belongs to Whitt's Sales & Marketing LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content without written permission.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Disputes. If you have a problem, email support@hydrova.us first. Most issues get solved quickly by talking. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 60 days, you and we agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration instead of court, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
