Shipping policy

Here is how shipping works at Hydrova.

 

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States only for now. We are not able to ship international orders yet.

 

Where orders ship from. Every order ships from inside the USA.

 

Processing time. We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing the next business day.

 

Delivery time. After your order ships, carrier transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive about a week after they are placed, and often sooner.

 

Shipping cost. US shipping is free on orders of 3 or more boxes, or on any order of $117 or more. For smaller orders, the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

 

Tracking. When your order ships, we email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.

 

Your address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email support@hydrova.us right away. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once the carrier has the package, we cannot change the address.

 

Late, lost, or stolen packages. Carriers sometimes run late, and tracking sometimes stalls for a day or two. If your package has not arrived well past the expected window, or tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, email support@hydrova.us. We will work with the carrier and make sure you are taken care of.

 

Damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged, email support@hydrova.us with a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Order changes and cancellations. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not shipped yet. If it has already shipped, our 90-day money-back guarantee still has you covered.
