Refund policy

We want you to be able to try Hydrova without worry. Every order placed at hydrova.us is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

 

When the 90 days start. Your 90 days begin the day your order arrives, based on the carrier's delivery confirmation. They do not start the day you place the order. You get the full 90 days from delivery to decide.

 

What is covered. The guarantee is the same no matter how much you ordered. One box, three boxes, or six boxes. Same 90 days. Same full refund.

 

How to ask for a refund. Email support@hydrova.us within 90 days of the day your order arrived. Include the name or order number on the order. That is all. There are no forms to fill out and no questions you have to answer.

 

You keep the box. We do not ask you to send anything back. No return label, no return shipping cost, no restocking fee. The product is yours either way.

 

When you get your money. We process refunds within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your email. The full purchase price goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

 

One refund per household. To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, we offer one refund per customer or household.

 

Where you bought matters. This guarantee covers orders placed directly at hydrova.us. If you bought Hydrova from another seller, that seller's refund policy applies.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, email support@hydrova.us and we will make it right at no cost to you. Fixing our mistake does not use up your one refund.

 

A note on chargebacks. If something went wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always solve it faster than a dispute can.
